It is acknowledged that good hygiene plays an important part in controlling the spread of infectious disease.  Staff at Jane’s Place practice appropriate hygiene, modelling these practices to children and supporting them in understanding and learning to perform them independently.

We promote a holistic approach to health by providing our parents with a Parental Handbook which  covers methods and strategies for supporting children's health and in the Centre’s Policy on managing illness within the centre.
